No. You do not need to deal with the hassle of managing inventory of the items that you sell on Youmanitarian artshop. When your customers order items that you design, we will our printing partners would source the items from their inventory to print and ship it to your customers.

You can sell cloth sizes (Small, medium, large, XL,2XL,3XL) for all genders.

Youmanitarian causeshipping program is free to use for basic sellers. You set your selling price and keep 100% of the profit. We only take a production fee of 10%. For example, if the 'base cost' of a t-shirt is $10 and you set the selling price as $25, you would keep $15 in profit. Visit our pricing schedule to see the base cost of each product. You can also set the shipping price for the items that you sell.

No. You can easily use the artworks from our template library to complete your product design or upload your own images.

Yes. Since we are trying to create a community for positive people to connect both online and offline through mutual identity, each item we print is branded with the official Youmanitarian logo as the base design for you to apply your own unique artwork.

Selling

To sell an item on Youmanitarian artshop, you must first signup to open a store. Once your store is approved, you will be ready to start selling. The first step to listing your item for sell is to download your finish designs with the base product. You will then click on "Sell Now" button and upload your finished design and add description as well as set your price.

Yes.You can set your own product price in addition to the base price to earn a profit. For example, if the base price of a product is set at $10, you can set your price above $10 to be able to earn and keep the profit.

You can sell from 1 to unlimited number of items depending on your sellers plan.

While it maybe possible to operate your online store without a business license, you may be leaving yourself open to issues down the line. Please seek a legal consule for advice regarding business registration. Registering as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) or another formal entity can reduce your liability and show potential suppliers you are a legitimate business to improve trust.

Printing

No. Our printing partners would handle the printing, packaging and shipping of your designed products to your customers.

Your design will be added to the product by the process of sublimation.
If you're unsure what sublimation is... it essentially dyes the item. We cannot print lighter colors on darker surfaces (white on black), only darker colors on lighter surfaces (black on white). NO WHITE INK WILL BE PRINTED.
Technically, it's "the process of turning a water-based dye ink into a gas that bonds with polyester fabrics or other polymers. It dyes the polymer molecule, resulting in a vibrant graphic that never washes off." The design you see and will get is permanent and adds no additional layer to the outside of the item.
Please keep in mind that the lighter the polyester count, the more "vintage" and faded the image will look.
Please note that as these are hand-printed, very slight color, alignment, and image quality variation is to be expected, however all items are printed to the best of our ability.

Yes. Your designs can be printed on black or white coffee mugs.
Please note that as these mugs are hand-printed, very slight color, alignment, and image quality variation is to be expected, however all mugs are made to the best of our ability.
Mugs are Orca Coatings brand which are made in China.

Shipping

No. Our printing partners would handle the printing, packaging and shipping of the product to your customers so that you can spend time designing to earn money.

Yes. You can set the shipping cost as well as different type of shipping methods. Please note that since our printing partners would be handling the shipping, you are required to set your shipping rate higher than the base shipping rate in order to earn profit.

Shipping time varies depending on the inventory availability of the products ordered, artwork processing time and shipping networks. Our shipping partners average time is between 3-7 days. You would be notified of any delays.

Yes. We shipping to most locations around the world. Please reference our shipping restrictive list to see locations that we currently do not ship to.

Yes. You can offer free shipping to you customers as long as the shipping cost is included in the total price of your product above the base product price for each item. For example, if a product base price is $10 with a base shipping cost of $5, if you decide to offer a free shipping to your customers, you must set the price of your product to over $15 to meet our minimum requirement or to earn a profit from your sale. We typically don't encourage offering free shipping unless you receive a large quantity order to gain a healthy profit margin.

We payout payment requests every monday of the week.

You must have a Paypal account and submit your Paypal information on your profile to receive payment for your sells.

Yes. The mininum payout amount is $50.

Yes. We only take 15% of production fee for each sale + 2.75 processing fees.

Not necessarily. Businesses that use causeshipping services commonly operate on slim profit margins due to competition. In addition to the tradeoff benefits between low overhead and upfront costs versus lower profit margins, you can set yourself apart by using the Youmanitarian social tools to build your loyal customer base to increase your revenue.

Successful causeshippers on Youmanitarian take advantage of our social media platform to engage and build their customer base that care about their cause. For example, you can create challenges and events to sell your promotional items on Youmanitarian. You can also include your store link on your profile for people to order items.

Returns

Sometimes customers return items for one reason or another. When this happens its important that the seller manages the communication with their customers to ensure customer satisfaction. As a causeshipper, you would be in charge of communicating with your customers to assist them with resolving any issues to avoid returns.

Your customers can return items directly to our printing partners. Please reference to our return policy for more information.

As we will handle the refund minus the restocking fees if you have a basic account. If you have a pro account, you would handle the full customer refund.
