Welcome to Youmani. By accessing and using the Youmani platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms apply to all users, whether you are organizing or participating in campaigns, challenges, volunteer activities, or other initiatives. Please read these Terms carefully as they govern your use of the platform.
 
 
1. Authorization to Organize on Your Behalf
By using the Youmani platform, you hereby authorize other users to organize fundraisers, challenges, volunteer campaigns, and prayer initiatives on your behalf, without regard to their religion, creed, or belief system. Such authorization is deemed irrevocable unless revoked in writing prior to the commencement of any such campaign.
 
 
2. No Liability for Unmet Goals
You understand and agree that Youmani, its affiliates, and any organizers acting on your behalf shall bear no liability for the failure to reach any fundraising goal or for any other unsuccessful outcome of the campaign. You agree to hold the organizer harmless from any claim, damage, or liability arising from the campaign's outcome.
 
 
3. Provision of Accurate Information
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and non-misleading information concerning your personal needs and circumstances when creating or authorizing a campaign. Misrepresentation of information may result in the suspension or termination of your campaign and/or account, and Youmani reserves the right to take further legal action if necessary.
 
 
4. Use of Raised Funds
You agree to use any and all funds raised through the Youmani platform exclusively for the purposes specified in your campaign. You acknowledge that any misuse of the funds, including the use of such funds for unrelated purposes, may result in the immediate suspension of your account and potential legal action.
 
 
5. Prohibited Fundraising Activities
You confirm that you are not using the Youmani platform to raise funds for any political, terrorist, or religious organizations. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate termination of the campaign and notification to the appropriate authorities.
 
 
6. Banking and Currency Requirements
You confirm that you have a valid bank account in the country and currency in which the fundraiser was initiated. This is necessary for receiving payouts from successful campaigns. Youmani is not responsible for any delays or inability to process payouts due to non-compliance with local banking requirements.
 
 
7. Withdrawal Requirements
You represent and warrant that you meet all applicable requirements to withdraw funds raised through Youmani. This may include, but is not limited to, providing identification documentation, completing any necessary verifications, and complying with local laws and regulations.
 
 
8. Capability to Set Up and Manage an Account
You affirm that you possess the requisite capability to set up and manage a Youmani account, including maintaining accurate information and monitoring your campaigns. Failure to properly manage your account may result in the suspension or deactivation of the account by Youmani.
 
 
9. Ability to Set Up Transfers
You confirm that you are able to follow all necessary steps to set up bank transfers and other payout mechanisms, including the proper linking of accounts and completion of all required forms. Youmani is not liable for any issues arising from your failure to correctly follow these steps.
 
 
10. Platform Fees and Costs
You acknowledge that Youmani may charge platform and transaction fees associated with fundraisers. All fees will be clearly disclosed prior to the commencement of a campaign. By using Youmani, you agree to these fees, which may be deducted from the funds raised.
 
 
11. Compliance with Local Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws when using the Youmani platform. This includes, but is not limited to, complying with any tax obligations, financial regulations, and charity laws. You are solely responsible for any legal obligations related to your campaign.
 
 
12. Campaign Duration and Goals
While Youmani permits users to set specific fundraising goals and campaign durations, the platform does not guarantee that such goals will be met within the designated time. You are solely responsible for the success or failure of your campaign.
 
 
13. Campaign Modifications and Termination
Youmani reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any campaign in its sole discretion if it determines that the campaign violates these Terms, includes false information, or otherwise breaches legal or ethical standards. In such cases, Youmani will notify the campaign organizer where possible.
 
 
14. User Conduct and Community Standards
You agree to act in good faith and adhere to Youmani’s community standards when interacting with organizers, donors, and other users. Any form of harassment, fraud, or abusive behavior will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
 
 
15. Refund Policy
Donations made via Youmani are generally non-refundable. In certain circumstances, such as in the case of fraud or improper use of funds, Youmani may issue refunds at its sole discretion. Requests for refunds must be submitted directly to Youmani's support team.
 
 
16. Privacy and Data Usage
Youmani respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data as described in Youmani’s Privacy Policy.
 
 
17. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
All content you provide, including text, images, photos, videos, and stories, remains your intellectual property. However, by using the Youmani platform, you grant the organizer and Youmani a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and display such content for the purposes of organizing and promoting campaigns and challenges.

You also grant the organizer full access to your photos, videos, and stories for use in the creation and promotion of the campaign or challenges. Furthermore, you grant the organizer exclusive rights to share and distribute the campaign and challenges within their private network for the purpose of raising funds and generating awareness. This permission extends to email, social media, private groups, and other non-public forums.

Youmani and the organizer shall not use your content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
 
 
18. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from your use of the Youmani platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Youmani is located.
 
 
19. Termination of Use
Youmani reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or any behavior that negatively impacts the Youmani community.
 
 
20. Changes to the Terms
Youmani may amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

No. You do not need to deal with the hassle of managing inventory of the items that you sell on Youmanitarian artshop. When your customers order items that you design, we will our printing partners would source the items from their inventory to print and ship it to your customers.

You can sell cloth sizes (Small, medium, large, XL,2XL,3XL) for all genders.

Youmanitarian causeshipping program is free to use for basic sellers. You set your selling price and keep 100% of the profit. We only take a production fee of 10%. For example, if the 'base cost' of a t-shirt is $10 and you set the selling price as $25, you would keep $15 in profit. Visit our pricing schedule to see the base cost of each product. You can also set the shipping price for the items that you sell.

The first step to listing your item for sell is to download your finish designs with the base product. You will then click on "Sell Now" button and upload your finished design and add description as well as set your price.

Yes.You can set your own product price in addition to the base price to earn a profit. For example, if the base price of a product is set at $10, you can set your price above $10 to be able to earn and keep the profit.

You can sell from 1 to unlimited number of items depending on your sellers plan.
